Aplic is a way to fresh plain fabric. It is used for the T-Shirts, Kurtas, Dresses, Dupatta, Scarf, Trousers, Tote, Throw Pillows, Bedsheets, and even on gift packs for your love ones. So, The design for every item would be different. Here is, how you can do Aplic Design Cutting by yourself.

Aplic Design Cutting And Stitching

Take a paper. It may a plain paper or newspaper, that is easily available. At the very beginning you should draw simple designs that you can cut easily. Like heart, Leaves, Flowers, etc. Further, search internet for "applique designs". If you like any design from internet, print it out and then trace it later on surface of the paper.
 
When you traced design on the paper, cut it out by the line you draw.

The design that you cut, put on back side of the fabric you selected for Aplic. Draw lines alongside of the pattern.

• Keep in mind, when you chose a cloth, it would be according to design, you want to trace. Basically, cotton, silk and satan cloth preferably suitable for Aplic design cutting.

Cut the cloth 1 cm outside from the line you draw. Bend 1 cm cloth downwards for neatness.

After cutting design you need needle and thread. It is not necessary you make stitch by hand, but you can sew it by machine too.

When you folded extra cloth backwards and collected things, put the aplic design on the surface of the chosen cloth which you want to beautify and freshen. Pin it.

In this stitch, needle go with both fabrics. Every stitch will be on 2 millimeters. As shown it the picture.
