Garlic Vegetable Kabob Recipes
Vegetarian kebabs or vegetable kebabs are delicious food that increase the appetite. You can grill vegetarian bbq skewers at home easily. The things you need for kebab or kabob.Ingredients:
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Capsicum
- 2 Onions
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Ribbed gourd (trie)
- 1 Cauliflower
- 1 Cabbage
- 1 Egg plant
- 12 Cloves garlic
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Cornflower
- 1 tbsp Refined flour
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Hot sauce
- 1 tbsp Crushed red chilies
- 1 tsp Red chili power
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 Cup Oil
Method:
-Dice all the vegetables. Blend together garlic, egg, oil, cornflour, refined flour, soya sauce, hot sauce, both red chilies and salt in a blender.-Put blended mixture into a bowl; add vegetables and set aside for 1/2 an hour.
-Skewer vegetables onto sticks and either grill them or fry on a griddle.
-Serve delicious Garlic - vegetable kebabs with sweet and sour dip.
